The service

Retake is an AI speaking coach. Feedback is generated automatically and is coaching, not a guarantee of any outcome — an interview, a sale or a promotion is still up to you.

Your account and content

• You must be at least 16 to use Retake.
• You own your recordings. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you.
• Record only your own voice and image, or people who have agreed to be recorded. Don't upload anything unlawful.

Plans and billing

• The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. We may change free limits with notice.
• Pro costs $19 per month or $99 per year (plus any applicable tax), billed in advance through Stripe. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial; you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time in Settings; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days. Write to us and we'll refund you.

Fair use

“Unlimited” means unlimited for personal practice. To protect the service, Pro has a generous daily fair-use cap that normal practice never reaches.

Liability

We provide Retake with care but “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
